January & February Eagle Watches at PEEC
Lehman Township, Dingmans Ferry, PA.

Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) will lead several Eagle Watches during January & February. Each of the Eagle Watches will include several stops, including the Eagle Institute in Lackawaxen, PA. The program will provide opportunities to see eagles soaring, feeding, and nest guarding. The events will be held Saturday, January 28 & Saturday, February 4, from 9:00am-3:00pm and the cost is $25 per person.

Also, on Sunday, February 12, PEEC will host an additional Eagle Watch as a part of its monthly “Sundays for Singles” programs. This $25 event will also be held from 9:00am - 3:00pm

PEEC’s mission is to advance environmental education, sustainable living, and appreciation for nature through hands-on experience in a national park. PEEC provides unique, year-round environmental experiences to families, school groups, scouts, and nature enthusiasts of all ages. The environmental center is located near mile marker 8, within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, in Dingmans Ferry, PA (Lehman Township).
